Special Process Equipment
In the special process equipment division, GIG Karasek devotes itself to engineering - the design and manufacture of pressure vessels for the chemical, paper, pulp and petrochemical industries. Maximum precision is a must where the application range extends up to 300 bar and maximum operating temperatures may reach up to 700°C. With diameters up to 4.4 m, lengths up to 35 m and overall weights up to 120 tons, there are only a few companies that meet the requirements for quality.
Modern welding technologies and a wide range of materials, such as high-temperature steels, highly corrosion-resistant chromium-nickel steels, nickel-based alloys, titanium and cladded material are used for the construction of this equipment.
At the same time, employing state of the art manufacture and highly-trained specialists, GIG Karasek complies with the strictest international regulations and is thus able to satisfy the most demanding customers all over the world.
